At Rawlings Baseball Sale, we stand behind the quality of our premium baseball and softball equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Important Note:

For safety and hygiene reasons, batting helmets cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All other products (baseball gloves, baseballs, softballs, etc.) are eligible for returns if they meet the above conditions.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping address (3115 Cherokee Dr, Fayetteville, US 72701)
  • Specific instructions for your return

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with all original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item immediately
  • For refunds: We’ll process your refund within 3 business days

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
