Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Best for customers who need their gear faster
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Economical option for larger orders
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our Rawlings products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Return Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping address: 3115 Cherokee Dr, Fayetteville, US 72701
- Specific instructions for your return
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all original packaging and include:
- Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item immediately
- For refunds: We’ll process your refund within 3 business days
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns
